About the role
TRIplc Berhad are expanding our operations in the construction engineering sector and currently seeking qualified, dynamic, and high-caliber candidates to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in oversee the operations and execution of our company's special projects, playing a crucial part in establishing a new team and driving the Company towards achieving construction excellence.
What you'll be doing
- Lead and manage the operations of assigned special projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
- Responsible carrying out technical preliminary feasibility and viability study for project.
- Preparing technical concept paper, proposal and presentation materials for projects progress status.
- To evaluate technical progress plan and change proposals submitted by sub-contractor.
- Lead and plan all construction activities and schedules.
- Mentor and develop the skills of the project management team, ensuring they are equipped to deliver successful outcomes.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent with extensive experience (10+ years) in project management, building construction and infrastructure works.
- Able to multitask, goal oriented, organized, detailed and articulate in both written and verbal communication.
- Possess acceptable level of leadership skills - Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management skills.
- Team player and able to work independently - Proven track record of leading and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and exceed customer expectations.
- Computer literate and understanding of technical drawing (Microsoft Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
- Experience in operation and maintenance of Water Treatment Plant (WTP) / Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP) / consultant in the water / wastewater field is added advantage.
