Channel Development
- Plan, execute and monitor channel strategies implementation.
- Support sales to win, retain and bring Carlsberg’s portfolio of brands to life in the channel.
- Track, analyse and review channel performance, and make recommendations.
- Manage assigned projects within budget and timeline.
- Strong follow up follow through with key stakeholders and arrange to ensure collaterals deliver on time for sales execution.
- Coordinate and consolidate the execution of national marketing activities, channel initiatives and customer activities.
- Manage processing of Trade Marketing fund.
- Support the preparation of promo selling story, mechanics and promo bulletin for sales execution.
- Challenge objectively to improve ways of working and deliver better result.
- Embrace Triple As – Alignment, Accountability and Action in our day-to-day interactions with others.
- A team-player.
- Degree in Marketing, Business or similar
- Minimum 3 years’ working experience including 1 year FMCG industry with exposure in the commercial role (e.g. channel, sales, brand)
- Fluent in English.
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Innovative and systematic person with sound analytical skills.
- High work capacity and team-player.
- Action-oriented, persistent and resilient.
- Passion in the beer industry.
