Job Scope:
- Manage full sets of accounts for multiple clients, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.
- Handle payroll functions for clients, including monthly salary processing, EPF, SOCSO, and tax contributions.
- Work closely with clients to ensure smooth accounting operations and address financial queries.
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closings to ensure the accurate and timely completion of accounts.
- Prepare and manage financial documents such as invoices, payables, receivables, and other records, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
- Coordinate payment and billing processes with external service providers, contractors, and vendors.
- Verify bank payments and deposits, and handle reconciliation with banking partners.
- Act as the point of contact with auditors and other stakeholders, addressing financial reporting queries.
- STPM/Diploma/Degree holder.
- Prior working experience under accounting firms, experience in liaising with SME clients directly.
- Full set of accounting and payroll experience required.
- Mandarin proficiency is essential to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Able to work on-site in Setia Alam area Mondays-Fridays.
- Expert in multitasking, able to juggle with multiple deadlines simultaneously.
