We're seeking an experienced and motivated Senior General Ledger Accountant to take ownership of full-scope GL responsibilities across our regional operations — with a strong focus on China.
What You’ll Be Doing
As our Senior GL Accountant, you will:
- Take ownership of the end-to-end General Ledger (GL) function for the region
- Support and coordinate with teams in China, ensuring smooth financial operations
- Monitor and guide junior AR/AP accountants, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings, reconciliations, and reporting
- Drive process improvement and financial controls in line with corporate standards
- Leverage advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis
- Collaborate across departments and countries, often in multilingual environments
What We’re Looking For
We want to hear from you if you have:
- 3+ years of experience in GL accounting, preferably in automotive, manufacturing, or production industries
- A strong understanding of regional financial regulations and practices, especially in China
- Experience leading or mentoring junior staff (AR/AP functions)
- A multilingual skill set (Mandarin a strong plus)
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
