Senior Production Planner

You will lead and continuously improve the end-to-end production planning, scheduling, and sequencing processes that drive operational efficiency and deliver best-in-class service to our customers.

What You Need To Do

• Ensure load line operates at maximum capacity based on order prioritization and due dates of demand.
• Minimize production planning-related downtime, measured on a month-to-month basis.
• Lead and conduct line and machine performance discussions with the production team.
• Forecasting and Capacity Planning.
• Monitor OEM production schedules and collaborate with OEM partners to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
• Execution of orders as planned for all line/machine and customer order delivery dates.
• Lead the supply planning process - supply inputs, analysis and supply planning meeting host.
• Ensure proper documentation for all production related transaction and accurate labeling based on ISO procedure standards.
  
  

What You Need To Succeed

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business/Manufacturing Management or any related disciplines.
• At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing planning.
• Experience within the steel/construction industry to enable strong product and application knowledge would be an added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration, self-driven, and agile.
