Senior Programme Specialist (40035)

Sunway Innovation Labs (iLabs Foundry) at Sunway University is seeking a dynamic, and experienced professional who are passionate about entrepreneurship and innovation. This role will be instrumental in shaping and enhancing our entrepreneurship and innovation programmes, ensuring high-quality, and impactful learning experiences for students. The ideal candidate shall have a background in teaching or training, expertise in entrepreneurship, innovation, and design thinking, and a commitment to creating engaging educational environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Programme Design and Delivery:

• Plan, organise, and deliver academic and non-academic programmes focused on entrepreneurship and innovation.
• Monitor programme effectiveness and align initiatives with the institution’s vision and goals.
• Implement improvements to enhance programme quality and student outcomes.

Curriculum Development and Teaching Support:

• Support teaching in entrepreneurship and innovation subjects.
• Develop engaging curriculum content.
• Apply innovative teaching methods to foster student engagement and success.

Administrative and Strategic Support:

• Maintain comprehensive records to support data-driven programme enhancements.
• Prepare reports and presentations to showcase programme achievements and improvements.
• Facilitate communication among faculty, students, and partners to foster a collaborative environment.

Requirements:

• Education: Master’s degree required; with a Ph.D. is an advantage.
• Experience: Minimum five years in teaching or training, with a focus on entrepreneurship or innovation.
• Expertise: Strong foundation in curriculum development, assessment, and pedagogical methods.
• Skills: Proven leadership and project management capabilities.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other educational tools.
• Analytical: Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Organised: Able to manage multiple tasks within tight timelines.
