Job Description
- Lead the development of next-generation optical transceivers for data centers and high-performance computing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market efficiently.
- Ensure products meet stringent quality and reliability standards.
- Mentor and develop engineering talent.
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on optics or communications.
- 7+ years of experience in optical transceiver development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of optical transceiver components and technologies.
- Proven track record of successful product development.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
