Senior Site Supervisor

• Supervising constructions works and ensure main infrastructure works arecompleted on time, within budget and conform to good quality standard,construction drawings and contract document.
• Coordinate and monitor properly the Machinery avoid any idling on site.
• Check drawing discrepancy and coordinate all construction drawings.
• Liaising with sub-cons for timely delivery of materials and services.
• Maintaining requisite quality standards as per client's requirement.
• Involving in testing, commissioning activities, handing over of the job andestablishing warranty dates.
• Enforce company’s safety procedures and policies at project/construction sites.
• Ensure that employees and sub-contractor’s workers adhered to the Safety planand procedures.
• Issue Corrective and Preventive Actions to employees/sub-contractor’s workers forcontinual improvement and carry out any disposition made by the Management.
• To check materials upon delivery on site.
• To carry out Pre-Deliver Quality Inspection and issue defect list to contractor totouch up before CPC issue.
• To monitor defects rectifi cation raised by purchaser during Defect Liability Periodand issue fi nal defect list to contractor before CMGD issue.
• To take instructions and assignments by superior from time to time as and whenrequired.
• Submit Site Daily Report to superior to report daily activities on site.
• To attend contractors claim verifi cation with QC and Contract Department.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, CivilEngineering, or a related fi eld.
• Young candidate with at least fi ve (5) years of experience in site supervision,particularly in property/township
• development within the Malaysian market.
• Experience in project management or coordination is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills with a goodcommand of both written and spoken English.
• Strong leadership, management, and problem-solving skills.
• Fully dedicated, dynamic, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure, managing multiple tasks to meettight deadlines.
• Work location: Kuantan, Pahang.
