Sr Program Manager

Job Description:

1. Being a window, daily communication with customers site.
2. Be the Champion of the customer and the customer's voice throughout the factory.
3. Effectively communicate all customer requirements to appropriate departments.
4. Coordinators coordinate cross-functional teams at Kuantan site internally and customer.
5. Communicating with planning and purchasing team for order fulfillment.
6. To manage forecast, PO in ERP system, customer’s OPO report, and OTD performance.
7. To arrange shipment per OPO requirements and send packing list & Invoice to customer.
8. To analyze customer’s demand/sales changes details on weekly basis and communicate with customer accordingly.
9. To follow and do the job per company’s procedure/requirement, and other job assigned by HOD.
10. To conduct contract review and assist HOD to maintain after sales service.
11. To assist on ECN implementation.
12. Keep the management team and other functions appraised of progress and project status. Timely communicate any schedule changes and mitigation actions
13. Support the application and sales team with complex customer inquiries and issues including quality related activities
14. To host customer visits at Kuantan site and prepare presentations for customers.

Job Specification:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in Electronics Industry with at least 2 years’ exposure to project management techniques.
• Experience of being a project coordinator in EMS.
• Experience in defining and developing program scope, objectives, detailed plans, budgets and metrics for major and minor projects.
• Strong project management, business analysis and sales skills.
• Experience in developing forecasts and proposing responses to variances to projects.
• Experience with good business acumen, technical knowledge and able to influence without authority on all stakeholders.
• Good command of English, both written and oral is a must.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication at all levels, including with senior management, customers at all levels of management, suppliers, and factory personnel.
• PO management experience.
