Job Responsibility
- Deliver top quality and friendly customer service·
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene are kept up to standards·
- Input orders into the POS and process payments accordingly·
- Handle overall operations and reports to submit·
- Attend to customerâs concerns and complaints professionally to resolve issues according to the companiesâ policy·
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations·
- Prepare and serve a range of premium wine, beer & spirits and non-alcoholic beverages·
- Possess good knowledge and understanding of the menu and be able to make recommendations
- Candidates without experience are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
- Willing to learn and enjoy meeting people
- Be able to communicate with customers in English or Mandarin
- Punctual and discipline.
- Demonstrate positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Required to work on weekends and public holiday
