Job Description And Responsibilities

- Capable of providing technical and system support on security products and its application software.
- To conduct technical and product training / seminars.
- To provide project consultation for our clients
- To carry out system commissioning & training
- To carry out preventive and corrective maintenance
- To perform product testing and produce a technical report
- Attend to support requests after office hours when on Support Phone rotation
- Qualification must include any one of the following: Degree in Engineering or Information Technology (Electronics / Computer / IT) or its equivalent.
- Strong analytical capabilities to troubleshoot and solve problems
- Able to use multi meter, and other electronic testing devices for troubleshoot and repair
- Able to work independently & resourcefully to execute and complete tasks
- Ability to interpret technical reports to non-technical persons
- Experience and knowledgeable in network environment (LAN/WAN/WLAN).
- Knowledge and experience in configuring Windows based operating system
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided
- Possess own transport
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be added advantage
- Possess good inter-personal and communication skills
- Person with integrity and high discipline
- Able to multitask
