Job Description

  • Manage and oversee finance, accounting, sales, and fulfillment operations within the shared service center.
  • Develop and implement efficient operational processes to enhance service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve key performance indicators and service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Monitor and report on operational performance to senior management.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and address any operational concerns effectively.
  • Support the implementation of new systems or technologies to optimize operations.


The Successful Applicant

A successful SSC Team Lead will have;

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in finance and accounting processes within the Shared Service industry
  • Proven leadership skills to manage and motivate teams effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in managing shared service operations or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in relevant financial systems and tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
