About the role

Seeking an experienced Shop Supervisor to join our team at QL Eco Farm Sdn Bhd in Kuantan, Pahang. As a full-time Shop Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient store management.

What you'll be doing

Supervise and coordinate the work of retail staff, assigning duties and monitoring performance
Handle customer inquiries, complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience
Manage inventory, stock replenishment and merchandising to maximise sales
Maintain store cleanliness, organisation and visual presentation
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and health & safety regulations
Follow up, receiving or delivery note from driver / transporter / customer
Prepare the attendance data, overtime record for the depo staff and provide that data to HR department
To receive incoming & outgoing goods and supplier in good order and correct quality as per the PO,DO, Invoice/others

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and staff
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficient in inventory management and stock control
Familiarity with retail KPIs and sales reporting
Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
