- Lead or work together with Assistant Engineer / Engineer for complete a project.
- Coordination and work with Project Manager for complete Project task in Technical part.
- Ability on setup and implement network structure, server structure, security structure, and backup storage structure.
- Research new technology regards with IT network infrastructure, server infrastructure, security knowledge, storage infrastructure and other product is list on product coverage as below.
- Consult and provide professional information for customers and Flexi Team Marketing department.
- Troubleshooting and services for any task related with:
- Networking (L2 / L3 eg: Routing design, STP, NPS, and other)
- Networking service (DNS, Hosting, Email system, Certificate)
- Microsoft Solution (Windows Server, AD, RDS, Exchange, Clustering and other)
- Cloud Solution (Storage, VM, MFA, Exchange 365 and other)
- Virtualization and HCI ( HPE / Nutanix / Vmware)
- Security (Firewall / Analysis / Monitor)
- Wireless ( Indoor and outdoor design)
- Power protection
- DR protection
- And Other related with infrastructure of Network, server, Storage and security.
- Willing attend Seminar / training to improve knowledge of product.
- Provide training for internal technician / Assistant Engineer.
- Provide System diagram or related document for Project Manager
- Able make a handover report and UAT for customer.
- Willing to work at non-working hours, weekend, public holiday, or off day.
- Willing to travel for project or service case.
- Willing to keep learning and upgrade with related job knowledge.
