Qualifications & experience

• A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is typically required.
• Relevant diplomas or advanced certificates may be considered, especially if combined with significant practical experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a site management or supervisory role within the construction industry.
• Experience working on various types of projects, including residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of managing construction projects from inception to completion.
• Experience in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities
• Experience in monitoring project costs, preparing budgets, and managing resources efficiently.

Tasks & responsibilities

• overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They will coordinate all on-site activities, liaise with various stakeholders, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
