SITE SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee project direction, ensuring client requirements are met.
• Review project progress and collaborate with quantity surveyors to monitor and control costs.
• Ensure efficient execution of projects by supervising Assistant Project Managers, Senior Site Supervisors, and Site Supervisors.
• Coordinate workers for the smooth implementation of development projects, from inspection to completion.
• Manage site activities, including project planning, cost control, and coordination with consultants and sub-contractors.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures, ensuring minimal material wastage.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with construction and site safety protocols.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to the Operations Manager.
• Attend and participate in site meetings, coordination meetings, and other relevant discussions.
• Provide troubleshooting and problem-solving support for site activities and documentation.
• Provide guidance to management, the purchasing department, and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Manage site documentation and inspection requirements in collaboration with clients and consultants.
• Delegate technical responsibilities and collaborate closely with superiors throughout the project life cycle.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.
• Liaise with contractors, subcontractor and labours.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in stone (marble/granite) works is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Responsible, diligent, and honest with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma/Proffessional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or Equivalent
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project Schedule, and AutoCAD.
• Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
