About The Role
At Signature, we specialize in premium products and services that transform spaces with luxury design . We are looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media Content Creator to help elevate our brand presence on Xiao Hong Shu and TikTok. This role is key to driving leads, engagement, and conversions, while building and nurturing relationships with our audience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Create Compelling Content: Develop engaging videos, images, and posts tailored to generate high-quality leads, drive conversions, and capture attention on Xiao Hong Shu and TikTok
- Craft Brand Storytelling: Produce creative content that effectively showcases Signature’s premium products, engaging with our target audience
- Grow Organic Reach & Engagement: Build and expand Signature’s follower base by implementing strategies to increase organic reach, engagement, and interaction on both platforms
- Platform Management: Oversee and manage Signature’s official pages on Xiao Hong Shu and TikTok, ensuring consistent branding, messaging, and timely updates that align with our vision
- Lead Conversion & Customer Engagement: Actively engage with users by responding to inquiries promptly, professionally, and persuasively, converting interest into high-quality leads
- Track and Follow Up: Accurately document customer leads, ensuring all inquiries are followed up and tracked for further engagement, ultimately driving conversions
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align content strategies with lead-generation goals and business objectives
- Monitor & Optimize Performance: Analyze content performance, track key metrics, and continuously optimize strategies to enhance lead generation, audience engagement, and brand awareness
What We're Looking For
- Proven Experience: A track record of creating content that generates leads and engagement on Xiao Hong Shu and TikTok
- Lead Generation Expertise: Strong understanding of social media trends, lead-generation tactics, and best practices for maximizing conversions on these platforms
- Creative Excellence: Exceptional creative, visual, and communication skills, with a focus on producing content that drives results and resonates with the target audience
- Audience Engagement: A talent for engaging with followers, building meaningful relationships, and converting interest into actionable leads
- Data-Driven Approach: Analytical mindset with the ability to measure, track, and optimize content performance based on key metrics
- Passion for Luxury Design: An interest or passion for home transformation and luxury design is a strong plus, aligning with our brand ethos
