- Handling customer spare parts enquiring from calls, WhatsApp, e-mail or fax included Salesman, dealer, contractor and customer care.
- Handling for the walk-in customer for the spare parts enquiry and cash sales.
- Feedback for customer care, sales or dealer for the spare parts stock availability.
- Follow-up with supply chain for the spare parts arrive.
- Prepare and issue billing invoicing for customer incurred walk-in customer.
- Compiling shipping consignment note for finance dept.
- Filling Service Note for spare parts consumption for service contractor.
- Once received any goods transfer or goods arrive at office, verify with requestor and receive the goods.
- Verify and checking for spare parts return from contractor.
- Feedback and propose spare parts need for service.
- Maintenance of storage location, improve density, and cleanliness.
- Support basic maintenance within the office area.
