  • Handling customer spare parts enquiring from calls, WhatsApp, e-mail or fax included Salesman, dealer, contractor and customer care.
  • Handling for the walk-in customer for the spare parts enquiry and cash sales.
  • Feedback for customer care, sales or dealer for the spare parts stock availability.
  • Follow-up with supply chain for the spare parts arrive.
  • Prepare and issue billing invoicing for customer incurred walk-in customer.
  • Compiling shipping consignment note for finance dept.
  • Filling Service Note for spare parts consumption for service contractor.
  • Once received any goods transfer or goods arrive at office, verify with requestor and receive the goods.
  • Verify and checking for spare parts return from contractor.
  • Feedback and propose spare parts need for service.
  • Maintenance of storage location, improve density, and cleanliness.
  • Support basic maintenance within the office area.
