- 處理透過電話、WhatsApp、電子郵件或傳真詢問的客戶備件,包括銷售員、經銷商、承包商和客戶服務。
- 處理上門客戶的備件查詢和現金銷售。
- 向客戶服務、銷售或經銷商回饋備件庫存狀況。
- 跟進供應鏈,確保備件到達。
- 為上門客戶準備並開立帳單。
- 為財務部門編製裝運托運單。
- 填寫服務說明,告知服務承包商備品消耗。
- 一旦收到任何貨物轉移或貨物到達辦公室,請與請求者核實並接收貨物。
- 核實並檢查承包商退回的備件。
- 回饋並提出服務所需的備件。
- 維護儲存位置,提高密度和清潔度。
- 支援辦公區域內的基本維護。
