Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role:

• Creation, modification and prioritization of sales and marketing plans, considering existing orders for the next 6 months and in consultation with Business Demand Planner
• Implement allocation decisions in the case of production bottlenecks on the various production lines, including coordinating with Customer Logistics, Capacity Alignment Planner and Product Marketing
• Involvement in solving logistics aspects within task forces for product and production problems
• Participation in projects related to supply chain processes, tools and change management
• Coordination within the division, introduce and represent division specific aspects in projects; responsible for implementing decisions made in the project
• Make use of production flexibility within the local SCM organization and across divisions with other Capacity Alignment Planners
• Manage production requirements for the capacity groups including coordinating compliance with the capacity available to the respective division
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Industrial/Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Computing, data analytic, AI machine learning
• Business focused with strong planning, coordination and analytical skills
• Good communication skills (written and verbal), time management and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of supply chain and material management concepts
• Experience in planning and inventory management in semiconductor industry
• High complexity, requires excellent coordination and communication skills to convey information to various functions/teams within Infineon Supply Chain
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Additional skills in AI knowledge in Tableau, Machine learning, Python, SQL are a plus
  
  

Note: 1-year renewable contract under 3rd party payroll partner and entitled to benefits according to the partner company.
