Specification Executive

Our client is the leader in high-quality laminates, decorative veneers, and other surfacing solutions. They are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Specification Executive to join the dynamic team and help drive the product specification process.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensuring company's products are specified in architectural and design projects
• Working closely with architects, designers, and contractors to provide technical product information, samples, and
• support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key specifiers and influencers in the industry
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote company’s products
• Collaborate with the technical team to develop and update technical documentation
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
• Provide insights and recommendations to the sales and marketing teams
  
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any field, preferred major studies such as Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering or Sales & Marketing
• At least 3 years of experience in specification sales or a similar role in the construction or building materials industry
• Strong understanding of architectural and design specifications
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
