Job Responsibility
- Familiar with Microsoft Business Central will be an added advantage.
- To perform purchasing activities such as material planning, sourcing new / substitute material and supplier.
- Forecast and planning the raw material and issue the purchase order to supplier by weekly and monthly basis.
- Liaise with supplier to ensure compliance of stock delivery.
- Perform GRN when received the goods and pass the invoices to finance team.
- Double-check the price and quantity on the invoice from the supplier, before submitting an invoice to an account for payment.
- Manage import shipment from Spain monthly.
- Carry out monthly report such inventory, purchase, cost saving, and other reports.
- Handling materials claim from local & overseas supplier.
- To support another departments:
- Halal Audit Team -Â Provide documents related to halal such as certificates, product specification.
- Operations Team - Ensure operation activities at the outlets run smoothly (work on weekend if necessary)
- Finance - Aid in related to invoice payment
- Marketing - Support in promotional activity (material)
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistic and related.
- Working Experienced 1-3 years in Supply Chain, Procurement and Logistic.
