職責：
- 每天檢查災難復原和儲存狀況。
- 為客戶提供一級支持，以發現問題並提供解決方案。
- 在標準時間範圍內診斷、排除故障並修正PC/伺服器/網路技術問題，調試和升級現有系統
- 內部安裝和維護硬體和網路。
- 參加課程成為供應商的認證代表。
- 記錄並維護軟體功能。
- 部署程序並評估使用者回饋。
- 確保軟體已更新最新功能。
- 應徵者必須至少擁有 IT、電腦科學或相關領域的文憑
- 熟練 PC 硬體和軟體支持，包括 MS Office、Microsoft 365 以及 Windows Desktop 和 Windows Server 等作業系統。
- 對 LAN、WAN、防火牆和 TCP/IP 網路具有豐富的技術知識。
- 優秀的溝通和解決問題的能力；堅定致力於提供優質支援。
- 能夠在緊迫的期限內執行多項任務並有效工作。
- 以客戶為導向，採取積極主動和積極的態度。
- 能夠與具有不同技術專長的個人合作。
- 對科技充滿熱情並願意學習和適應新技能。
- 記錄需求和規格的能力
- 流利的英語和馬來語；精通其他語言是一種優勢。
- 願意在周末工作。
