The APAC Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (CoE) regroups Talent Acquisition Specialists and Managers based in 7 different countries (covering all APAC scope), dedicated to finding the best talents for Air Liquide. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
- Ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across the diverse and fast-moving APAC landscape. From initial stakeholder intake to pre-onboarding, you will be the driving force behind every hire.
- Conduct in-depth intake meetings with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to rapidly understand critical job requirements and forge aggressive search strategies.
- Manage a high volume of candidates, shortlisting with speed and precision.
- Proactively arm our hiring teams with data-led market insights, providing strategic advice and effective, appropriate hiring solutions to navigate competitive talent landscapes.
- Committed to delivering a consistent, high-quality candidate experience at every touchpoint.
- Spearhead our fresh graduate programs, student internships, campus recruitment, and career fair initiatives, often managing multiple events and a high influx of applicants simultaneously.
- Actively participate in employer branding activities and take on ad hoc projects.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrates proven experience in managing the full, end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, preferably experience from industrial gas, manufacturing, chemical, petrochemical, engineering or similar industries.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural business environment.
- Excels in collaborating with and influencing a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
