Job Description

Technical support: Troubleshooting issues, maintaining hardware and software, and ensuring technical equipment is running smoothly.
Project assistance: Helping with project-related tasks such as feasibility studies, data collection, report preparation, and developing prototypes or code from technical requirements.
Liaison duties: Acting as a point of contact for clients, other departments, or vendors to relay information and resolve issues.
Maintenance and upkeep: Performing tests and repairs on equipment, organizing inventory, and keeping up with technical developments.

Common skills and qualifications :

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Proficiency with relevant software and technical tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Technical software)
Good organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Technical knowledge in Electrical, Electronic or related
Need to travel and work during odd hours occasionally.
Diploma in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic or related
At least 1-2 years experience. Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply
