We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Technical Engineering Assistant. This role involves providing hands-on technical assistance, supporting engineering operations, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Technical Engineering Assistant. This role involves providing hands-on technical assistance, supporting engineering operations, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist engineers in troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining AV equipment or systems
- Provide technical support to customers and internal departments
- Prepare and update technical documentation, reports, and drawings
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for technical specifications and product sourcing
- Support installation, commissioning, and servicing of equipment
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with engineering standards
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve processes and resolve technical issues
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and technical data
- Certificate or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics (E&E), or related field)
- 1–3 years of experience in technical support or engineering assistance preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CAD software
- Good communication skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus)
- Able to work independently and travel when required
