Technical Pre-sales Executive

Role Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Technical Pre-sales Executive, either fresh out of college/university or with experience, who has a keen understanding of major database system providers' technical features and licensing. This role will serve as a bridge between our technical team and our clients, ensuring that our solutions align seamlessly with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with prospective clients to understand their technical requirements and business challenges.
2. Provide detailed presentations and demonstrations of our database solutions.
3. Collaborate with the technical team to design solutions that meet client needs.
4. Understand and explain the technical features and benefits of major database systems.
5. Assist clients in understanding the licensing structure of various database providers.
6. Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in database technology.
7. Offer technical support during the sales process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in a similar role will be a plus.
• Strong understanding of major database system providers' technical features and licensing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical jargon into simple terms for clients.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
• Malaysian citizenship is a must.
