Position Responsibilities
Qualifications & Experience
- Support Product Development Projects (Innovation & Renovation) in alignment with the NPD Process.
- Support Technical Development Projojects under Quality & Compliance Pillar to build & maintain the System.
- Ensure launched products meet brand, market need, internal & external requirements and regulations.
- Ensure accurate documentation of Technical Documents, Trial, Test Results, SOP, Quality & Compliance Records.
- Provide Technical Support to achieve required Technical & Quality Standards for the Business.
- Collaborate with internal or cross-function team for Continuous Improvement Projects.
- Ensure Change Management is executed according to Standards.
- Support in Market Samples Research, data collection & analysis, report preparation & presentatiaon.
- Support in Lab Management such as Safety, Cleanliness, Calibration, Inventory Management,Documentation & Records.
- Perform other tasks assigned by managers or team leads for business purposes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition or related science field.
- Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of w working experience in FMCG Food Industry (Beverages) orrelated field.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa.
- Good communication, interpersonal & presentation skills.
- Smart Gadget & Computer literate – MS Office, Statistical Software, Performance & Efficiency App.
- Self-starter, results-focused, able to multitask, organized, detail-oriented, dedicated and teamplayer.
- Analytical, problem-solving, independence and project management skills are a plus.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
