Job Responsibility

  • Provide technical support to clients and internal teams, addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues promptly and effectively.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems related to engineering systems, equipment, and software, identifying root causes and implementing appropriate solutions.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on engineering equipment and systems, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and testing of new engineering systems and equipment, following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Document technical issues, solutions, and maintenance activities accurately and comprehensively in the company's database.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and technicians to develop and implement process improvements and enhance the efficiency of technical operations.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams in Bahasa Malaysia and English, providing clear and concise explanations of technical issues and solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Possess a Certificate or Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients and internal teams.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems as needed.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines at all times while working on-site in Shah Alam.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers to learn and improve technical skills.
