The opportunity
The Lead Developer will oversee the ServiceNow development team, focusing on delivering high-quality solutions within the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) domain.
Your key responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, with a strong emphasis on GRC modules.
- Manage a team of developers, providing guidance and oversight to ensure best practices and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies within the development team.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership in the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow features, with a focus on GRC capabilities and financial services regulations.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 4-6 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a proven track record in GRC implementations.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is required; additional certifications in GRC are highly valued.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing development teams.
- Familiarity with financial services regulations and compliance requirements in Malaysia.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
