About the role

What we're looking for

• Minimum study background SPM & STPM/Diploma to apply.
• Fresh graduate encourage to apply
• Minimum 1 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role in a sales or tele-marketing environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and motivating a team to achieve sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide effective coaching and feedback.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in using sales and performance tracking tools.
• Thorough understanding of sales best practices and tele-marketing techniques.
