Job Responsibility
- Engage with potential customers via inbound and outbound sales calls
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Handle objections effectively and close sales to meet or exceed targets
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong, long-term client relationships
- Minimum education: SPM or above
- Minimum C1 level proficiency (CEFR) in both spoken and written English
- Minimum 1â2 years of telesales or inside sales experience
- Proven success in B2C (Business-to-Consumer) salesÂ
- Experience in selling technology, or consumer electronics products is an added advantage
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- 5 working days (Mon-Fri ; 7am-4pm)
