Job Responsibility

  • Engage with potential customers via inbound and outbound sales calls
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
  • Handle objections effectively and close sales to meet or exceed targets
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong, long-term client relationships

Job Requirements

  • Minimum education: SPM or above
  • Minimum C1 level proficiency (CEFR) in both spoken and written English
  • Minimum 1â2 years of telesales or inside sales experience
  • Proven success in B2C (Business-to-Consumer) salesÂ
  • Experience in selling technology, or consumer electronics products is an added advantage
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
