Job Responsibility
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products and services.
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate information and solutions.
- Persuade customers to purchase products by demonstrating benefits and overcoming objections.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain call records in the CRM system.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Collaborate with team members and report feedback to sales leaders for continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar sales role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle rejection professionally.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Sales or Marketing are a plus.
- Ability to speak Thai and English (B1) level.
