Tester Preventative Maintenance

•Ensure all test hardware & equipment operating at optimal level and minimize test equipment down time

•Create plan, schedule, and find technique to simplify system to meet work schedule to prevent PM overdue and audit findings

•Support improvement projects of equipment engineers

•Monitors and review shift report, camstar record, PM checklist, PM frequency and routine PM activities

•Coordinate with buyers for quotations and delivery of item purchased

•Meet and work with vendors on fabrication or modification of new project.

•Manage and control of inventory to ensure availability of spare parts to avoid downtime on PM and tester build.

•Proper disposal of waste which is accordance with EHS policy and guidelines

•Update document and create part number in agile

•Provide cost down projects and implement continuous improvement projects on identified, reported or potential issues.

•Implement and achieve the goals for the team which align to company business strategy

•Has knowledge on SPC, GR&R, Lean manufacturing, 7 QC Tools

•Familiarity with industry standards for 10G/40G/100G/400G/800G.

•Present PM Analysis such as improvement, procedure changes, MU, PM Efficiency, PM performance, Unplanned and Planned Downtime

•Use of metrics as KPI indicators in downtime such as MTBF, MTTR, MTTF

•Participate in customer audits, ISO 9001 internal and external audits

•Practice Risk Base Thinking in planning and execution of task
