Requirements

Experience with TSP Line

Familiar with TikTok Platform and Shopee

Able to commute to workplace with public transport or own transportation

Problem-solving, creative, friendly, and a team player.

Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibility

Coordinate with live hosts to ensure they are available and prepared for their scheduled live sessions.

Resolve scheduling conflicts and make adjustments as needed.

Monitor live broadcasts, ensuring the engagement with the audience effectively.

Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as viewer engagement, conversion rates, and sales revenue.

Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, highlighting trends and opportunities for improvement.

Work closely with live hosts to develop strategies for increasing audience engagement during live sessions.

Ensure that smooth live broadcasts.

Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time to minimise disruptions during live sessions.

Act as a liaison between live hosts and the company, conveying any company updates, policies, or changes.

Ensure that live hosts adhere to TikTok's guidelines and community standards.

Stay updated on TikTok's policies and regulations and educate live hosts on compliance.
