Transport Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

RFQ Participation

• Analyze provided data to prepare transportation costings.
• Engage in costing and bidding processes for future RFQs.
• Identify and source new or existing vendors, obtaining competitive quotations.
• Develop and present solution designs

New Project Implementation / Site Operations

• Develop SOPs and process flows for transportation projects.
• Prepare monthly KPI reports per SLA contracts.
• Oversee TMS implementation for new projects.
• Design KPI measurement parameters.
• Coordinate load and POD management on-site, updating the customer TMS and uploading PODs.

TMS Implementation for New Customers

• Establish TMS frameworks for new customers.
• Train drivers and ensure they understand TMS operations.
• Support the setup and deployment of TMS for new clients.

Others

• Ensure HSSE and Good Transport Practices compliance.
• Enforce ISO 9001 policies, conduct audits, and take on additional tasks as needed.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/Diploma or Degree in related field.
• At least 2-3 years working experience in related field (Transport / Distribution / Warehousing).
• Good communication skills and able to write and converse effectively in English & Malay (able to speak mandarin will be an added advantage, as role required to deal with Mandarin-speaking client).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (can be trained under management trainee).
