Razer Merchant Services Sdn. Bhd. (“FIUU”) is a forward-thinking company dedicated to creating innovative and user-friendly digital experiences. We are looking for a talented UI/UX Engineer to join our dynamic team and help us design and develop cutting-edge web and mobile platforms

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver comprehensive user experiences that align with business objectives.
• Lead and manage the entire design lifecycle, from concept to execution, ensuring the delivery of high-quality user interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to identify user needs and behaviors, informing design decisions.
• Oversee the design process from ideation to execution, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design, ensuring alignment with both brand and user needs.
• Apply design thinking principles and user-centered methodologies to address complex UX challenges.
• Collaborate with other designers, providing constructive feedback to elevate the overall quality of design work.
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Champion user-centered design within the organization and advocate for design-driven solutions to complex business challenges.
• Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies, ensuring that the team adopts best practices and innovative approaches.
  
  
  

Pre-Requisites

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, design thinking methodologies, and interaction design.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital products across web and mobile platforms.
• Proven ability to lead design projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, and Sketch.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as frameworks like ReactJS or VueJS.
• Keen attention to detail, with the ability to translate user needs into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
• Experience in responsive and adaptive design principles across web and mobile platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex design challenges.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions to stakeholders.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Experience working on multi-disciplinary teams, with exposure to various stages of product development.
• Familiarity with additional front-end frameworks and libraries.
• Knowledge of back-end technologies and integration.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
