Job Summary:

Responsible for the successful leadership and management of unitary department, overseeing sales for all unitary range of products and is directly responsible for the specific revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Leading Unitary Sales in Malaysia market to achieve company strategic goals.
  • Generate budgeted sales, manage mix, and pricing to achieve margin goals in assigned sales.
  • Develop and build good working relationships within all levels of existing customers .
  • Expand new customer base in all areas.
  • Work closely with inside sales team to assure complete customer coverage and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Know the competition, utilities, builders and dealers.
  • Develop contingency plans required for changing market conditions.
  • Ensure safety performance and compliance at all levels.

Qualifications

  • -Bachelor’s Degree or above (Mechanical Engineering )
  • -10+ years of sales experience in HVAC products or related industry with the same background
  • -Ability to foresee market trends and propose solutions; analyze industry dynamics with a view to developing practical strategies; anticipate emerging issues that have the potential to impact revenue and profit
  • - Knowledge of Trane HVAC products and competitor products
  • -Demonstrated experience leading & supporting regional business initiatives
  • -Experience in driving aligned actions through groups that do not directly report to them.
  • -Product management skills: Ability to lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of projects according to established processes; serve as a consultant for internal and external customers.
  • -Proactive not Reactive; Builder and Architect; Leader and Contributor
  • -Capable of working as a team player or independently
  • - Strong communication and Fluent English in Speaking and Writing
  • - Highly motivated, reliable, self-starter
