Job Responsibility
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute video projects from start to finish, aligning with iMHome Property Management's marketing and communication strategies.
- Operate and maintain video and audio equipment, including cameras, microphones, lighting, and other related tools, ensuring optimal performance during shoots.
- Capture high-quality video footage and photographs at property sites, events, and interviews, adhering to established brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Edit raw video footage into compelling and engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations, incorporating graphics, animations, and sound effects as needed.
- Develop and implement social media content strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement, creating visually appealing and informative posts, stories, and videos.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and storyboards for video projects, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and target audience.
- Manage and organize video and photo assets, maintaining a well-structured digital library for easy access and retrieval.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in video production, editing, and social media, continuously improving skills and knowledge to enhance content quality and effectiveness.
- Diploma in Multimedia, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in videography and video editing.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Strong skills in video recording techniques, including lighting, composition, and audio capture.
- Experience in creating engaging content for social media platforms.
- Ability to produce high-quality photographs for marketing and promotional materials.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling and creating compelling narratives.
- Knowledge of current trends in video and social media content.
- Experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus.
