We currently have an opening for a Web and UX specialist on our global digital team based in Kuala Lumpur with hybrid working opportunities. Reporting to the Group Head of Digital, and working within the global digital team you will play an essential role in driving Crown’s digital performance and growing the business worldwide. With a passion for digital and a strong commercial sense you will know what is required to achieve success online and help us create high quality digital experiences for our prospects and clients.

You must be a focused, self-starter who can identify digital solutions for business objectives, contribute strong ideas and progress projects independently. You will also be a good communicator – able to explain your reasoning clearly and succinctly. Working within a dynamic and growing team and with the support of specialist agency partners you will play a central role in creating, managing and enhancing our websites. You will also help to develop engaging, useful and interactive features and tools with appeal to our target audiences. For this role you must have strong design skills and proven competency in HTML/CMS alongside the ability to back your concepts with data and measure the impact of your work. This is a hands on role with plenty of opportunity to make a huge impact and have your contribution recognized and rewarded at the highest level in the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to enhance websites and drive engagement and lead generation
• Execute changes at scale across our 75+ Wordpress websites
• Improve information architecture including website categorisation, navigation and page templates
• Conduct anaylsis and develop new website features based on customer insight
• Incrementally improve user experience through CRO and A/B testing

Professional Skills & Qualities

• 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of content management systems (Word Press)
• Very good knowledge of HTML, CSS and web technologies
• UX/UI design tools (e.g. invision, sketch, balsamiq, figma)
• Strong experience with Google Analytics 4
• Strong understanding of digital channels (SEO, PPC, email, paid social/LinkedIn)
• Experience of A/B testing and CRO methods
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently with a 'can do’ attitude
• Keen attention to detail
• Degree level or equivalent
• Stakeholder management skills

Professional Skills & Qualities

• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Click Dimensions
• Previous experience of working in an international environment
