Mandatory Skills:

• Hands on experience on Webex Meetings.
• Design and providing solutions to HCS environment for end-to-end collaboration deployment.
• Troubleshooting on the third-party integrations like VOSS-4UC, E-Gain products.
• Creating tailored architecture to customers for third party integrations.
• Troubleshooting Video and Voice related issue for Telepresence Calls.
• Troubleshooting and configuration on CUCM, IMP, Unity Connection, UCCX and Gateways.
• Configuration and solving issues related to CUCM, TMS, TPS, Conductor, CMS and Telepresence endpoints to enable voice and video calling.
• Configuration and Troubleshooting of Mobile and Remote Access on Expressway-Core, Expressway-Edge, CUCM and DNS Servers.
• Configuration and Troubleshooting for Cisco Telepresence Immersive and Non-Immersive devices to enable telepresence call capability.
• Handling team and pertaining training to the team with new skills.
• Handling escalations for CAP and RRR customer accounts.
• Working as mediator between partners and BU for defect and research related issues.
• Working on Techzone for creating technical documents which can be taken as reference at the time of troubleshooting.
• Working on the IC-Digitization to automate the issue detection from the logs automatically.
• Giving Process and Product training for new joiners and make them competent.
