RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate with hiring managers and recruiters to determine vacancy requirements.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with each vacancy requirements.
  • Connect, identify and present qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing channels and techniques.
  • Promote employer brand online and offline.
  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Maintain candidate databases.
  • Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities.
  • Research and keep abreast with candidate market. Understand local labor market trends, industry changes, regulations, expectations, and preferences of potential candidates.
  • Explore and recommend new sourcing channels and manage career fair and networking activities that may generate CV leads.
  • Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, number of candidates shortlisted for interviews, offers and successfully hired.
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks and other duties assigned by an immediate superior when required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
  • 2 years' experience as a Recruiter, Talent Sourcer or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing channels and techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
  • Familiarity with MS Office suites, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
  • A natural salesperson who is able to effectively present and promote the Bank company and open roles to potential candidates.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective time-management and organizing skills.
