We are currently seeking a Intern - Financial System Control to join our team based in Kuala Lumpur.

About Job:

To assist in the daily and ad-hoc tasks in the Financial System Control operation.

Main Accountabilities:

• System Closing Process: Collaborate with team members to manage and monitor month end system closing activities. It includes the creation of daily scheduled processes within the system and monitoring the exception reports to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Master data Management: Support the creation and maintenance for the project, customer, employee bank accounts within the system.
• Data Extraction and Template Maintenance: Support the data extraction and maintain the journal templates by incorporating the latest extracted system values.
• Ad-hoc Tasks: Assist the Financial System Control team for ad- hoc matters as required
  

About you:

Pursuing a Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Accounting/Finance

We favor candidates that possess the following:

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and collaboration in a team environment
• Good Microsoft Excel skills
• Good command of English
