Job Responsibility

  • Maintain and issuance of invoices, debit note, credit note and receipts accurately and in compliance to SST and e-invoice requirements
  • Maintain good filing system and keep it up to date
  • Maintain and monitoring accounts receivables and bank reconciliations.
  • Organize and maintain the documents and reports to ensure the efficient workflow.
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial and operational processes
  • Any other tasks assigned by superior

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/LCCI or equivalent
  • Preferably experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
  • Fresh graduate/ entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
