Key Accountabilities
Job Requirements Education & Qualifications: Diploma / Degree in Transportation, Supply Chain Management or related field preferred Experience: Minimum 2 years administrative experience required Specialist Knowledge & Skills:
Key Accountabilities
- Assist Transport Planner to upload order into Matrix Transport Management System.
- Proof of Delivery Management 1 : Receive from customer, handover to driver.
- Proof of Delivery Management 2 : Receive Proof of Delivery from driver, scan & upload into Matrix Transport Management System and return hardcopy to Customer.
- Tracking the truck movement as well as ensuring driver updating milestones.
- Ensure driver upload endorsed Proof of Delivery into Matrix Transport Management System upon delivery complete.
- Provide training to driver for Matrix Transport Management System.
- Perform billing.
Job Requirements Education & Qualifications: Diploma / Degree in Transportation, Supply Chain Management or related field preferred Experience: Minimum 2 years administrative experience required Specialist Knowledge & Skills:
- Good knowledge in billing
- Good knowledge in trucking operations
- Good command in English and Malay.

- High sense of commitment and responsibility
- Able to work under pressure.
- Ability to interact with people at all levels
- Positive thinking, independent and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
