Administrative Executive

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The Administrative Executive will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The candidate must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Maintain contact lists
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative executive or office admin executive
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
