Job Description

  • Help qualified & licensed accountants to manage a portfolio of clients, reporting directly to one of the Partners.
  • Client business bookkeeping (Bank reconciliation, create journals and generate financial reports)
  • Payroll preparation
  • Liaising with clients and third parties (i.e: Australian Tax Office and ASIC)

Requirement

  • Diploma in any discipline and/or a professional accounting qualification such as the ICAEW / ACCA /MICPA-CAANZ / CPA Australia
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Accurate, logical and attention to details
  • Initiative, self-motivation and ability to resolve problems
  • Able to work according to Victoria, Australia Holiday and follow Victoria’s Time Zone
  • Knowledge in Australian Tax and Australian business Structure (Advantage)
  • Work experience (Advantage)
  • Knowledge in Handisoft (Access Products) and/or Xero would be an advantage.
