Job Summary
Assist Quality Assurance Pharmacist in all quality assurance related matters of DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Business Unit Healthcare.
General Responsibilities
Assist Quality Assurance Pharmacist in all quality assurance related matters of DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Business Unit Healthcare.
General Responsibilities
- To verify and release goods receipt from source (i.e. Arrival Quality Check – AQC).
- This includes assisting in handling data logger devices (i.e. review and follow-up with client for final authorization for release).
- To verify and release finished goods from redressing area (Master Packaging Order – MPO and green color coded ‘Release’ label).
- To ensure all processes are compliant to GMP in the redressing area.
- To ensure all processes related to Operations are compliant to GDP and national law.
- To verify and release newly arrived printed packaging materials from vendors, including those supplied from Client.
- To verify and release newly arrived Hologram from vendor and perform verification of hologram management and reconciliation.
- To verify and release Trade Returns that is delegated to QA (non-cold chain).
- To report all detected non-conformities immediately to Quality Assurance Pharmacist.
- Demonstrate knowledge in Quality Assurance tools, concepts and methodologies
- Demonstrate knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
- Demonstrate knowledge in GMP/ISO9000 or other quality management systems
- Proven experience in GMP manufacturing
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Biotechnology/Pharmacy.
