主要職責：

    • 進出庫管理：監督進出庫物流的各個環節，確保及時有效率的產品配送。
    • 庫存控制：管理庫存水準以優化庫存可用性，同時最大限度地減少過剩。實施準確預測和庫存週轉率的策略。
    • 安全和品質合規性：確保遵守安全協議和品質標準，包括 GMP（良好生產規範）和 ISO 9001 要求。
    • 客戶服務關係管理：與客戶建立牢固的關係，滿足他們的需求並確保高水準的滿意度。
    • 團隊領導：管理和領導由 60 名員工組成的多元化團隊，包括培訓、績效管理和專業發展。
    • 勞動力供應商管理：與勞動力供應商合作，確保充足的人員配置水準並管理績效預期。
    • 精實營運：實施精實方法以提高效率並減少分銷過程中的浪費。
    • 營運策略制定：制定並執行營運策略，以改善分銷流程並實現組織目標。
首選資格：

    • 擁有精益製造或營運經驗。
    • 了解倉庫環境中的安全和合規法規。
