- Develop and execute a go-to-market sales strategy for digital CX and automation solutions.
- Engage with prospects and clients to understand their operational pain points and recommend relevant digital solutions.
- Lead consultative sales efforts, including client presentations, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
- Work with internal product and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions align with client needs and expectations.
- Create and manage a sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report on progress against sales targets.
- Stay updated on CX technology trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities.
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Candidate possesses at least a Certificate / Diploma or above
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in software or digital solution sales, ideally within the CX, CRM, or automation/RPA domain.
- Strong understanding of customer service processes, digital transformation, and the CX journey.
- Experience working in or selling to BPO, contact centers, or technology-enabled service providers.
- Excellent communication, consultative selling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, telephony, or workflow automation technologies is an advantage.
- Exposure to SaaS-based sales models or digital transformation projects.
- Regional experience in APAC markets and familiarity with multi-country client engagements.
